REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges:
Every T-Shirt is made to order, and now and then human hands make a mistake or the garment may move during the direct to garment printing process. If you notice the design is printed off center, please take a few pictures and contact me at weston@artofatlas.com and we’ll get a new one shipped out at no cost to you.
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer exchanges or refunds of your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original packaging. We will refund your full order, but we ask that you pay for the return shipping. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
For all returns and exchanges we ask that you reach out to us on the contact page or email directly at contact@artofatlas.com to receive a return authorization number and return address. We also ask that you send the item back to us at your own cost. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@artofatlas.com
